A true delicacy from Europe now available in Kenya. Our Mussels originate from the cold clean fjords of Nordland in Norway and are thus available all through the year whereas the Continental European mussels mostly are available during the European winter season. Best prepared damp cooked for a few minutes in a very hot pot, served hot. Comes in nets of 1 kg.
Are alive 10 days from the day of fishing if kept chilled on ice.
